- Dahye/Scratch: This is really fun to watch, especially with the sound. I really like the background, character, etc. you chose. It's very addictive to watch!
- Wei/Laser Cut: I love this! I actually saw this in person and it turned out really well! I am surprised to look at the original illustration which has a lot of details to it, but it transferred to your planner nicely. Great job!
- Sophia/Scanography: I really like how you organized the objects on the scanner bed. It's very fun and playful to look at. The colors also came out vibrant against the black background which makes the objects pop out more. I enjoyed looking at each scanography!
- Katherine/Scratch: This was really fun to play with! I especially like the sounds it makes when the character hits the pizza, rat, and taxi. So playful!
- Yina/Scanography: The textures you made on the scanner bed is so interesting! I love how they are also in black and white. It makes the scanography to look more intense and strong. Good job!
- Nicholas/Scanography: I love your scanography on nature! Since the leaves, flowers, etc. are layered together on the scanner bed, I really like how it creates a sense of depth. So beautiful!
- Yina/Scratch: This is such a playful game! I really like the concept and the objects you chose. I would love to know more about how you coded this animation!
The takeaway: It was really great to see everyone's work on their blogs. I realized that I didn't get to see all of them during class. I really liked receiving feedback from my classmates and learning more about their thinking/opinions towards my work. I also liked reading comments on other classmates' projects. It creates a digital forum where everyone shares their opinion, and I thought it was really great. It keeps the conversation going which we may not be able to do in class because of time.
